Should I hire you? Will I like working with you?
Yes, and probably. Everyone's different, but generally I, being slightly biased, think working with me is a good choice. But don't take my word for it! Check out my "Testimonials" page and hear what other folks think.

What's up with the "Did you know?" button at the top of the page?
So glad you asked! That's my way of spotlighting design topics that don't get enough airtime. Specifically, accessibility & inclusive design, and biomimicry. If you follow the link you'll see a page with articles on biomimicry with my photos, with more articles on accessibility and adaptable design coming soon. Hey! Something to look forward to! Look at your future getting brighter already.

What's your biggest strength as a UX Designer & Researcher?
I suspect it may just be that I really enjoy the work and am pretty endlessly curious. So, I'm going to be applying maximum energy to any project, as well as learning any skills I don't already know. Add to that a genuine interest in communicating with stakeholders (about what they need, what's working for them, and what their pain points are), and it's a pretty good mix.

What areas would you most like to work in?
There are many things I would enjoy, and am always open to new experiences, but I do find that I gravitate most towards areas of environmental and humanitarian innovation--especially adaptive technologies and prosthetic improvements and anything to do with biomimicry. I've also enjoyed work in education, and as a life-long-learner, would be delighted to support learning systems.
